  • Coconut Sesame Chicken – with Basmati Rice, Bok Choy, Yellow Bell Peppers, and Water Chestnuts.
  • Citrus Braised Pork – with Zesty Brown Rice and Roasted Broccoli.
  • Turkey Ragout – with Brown Rice Pasta and Parmesan Cheese.
Thursday
  • Cajun Beef* – with Basmati Rice, Yellow Squash, and Red Bell Peppers.
  • Calabrian Chicken* – with Brown Rice and Roasted Broccoli.
  • Pork Puttanesca – with Red Potatoes, Sliced Yellow Squash, and Green Bell Peppers.
  • Rosemary Lemon Turkey – with Mashed Potatoes and Shaved Brussel Sprouts.

Tuesday
  • Chinese Pepper Steak (Beef) – over Steamed White Rice.

  • Grilled Chicken Chimichurri* – with Garlic Roasted Potatoes and Vegetable Medley.
    • Dairy Free, Gluten Free, High Protein, Paleo, and Soy Free.
    • Ingredients:
      • Chicken Breast, Potatoes, Parsley, Zucchini, Squash, Cauliflower, Onion, Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Jalapeño, Salt, Clove Garlic, and Oregano.
    • Allergens:
      • None.
Thursday
  • Pollo Asada Burrito Bowl (Chicken)* – with Seasoned Black Beans, Cilantro Lime Rice, Monterey Jack Cheese, Fresh Tomatoes, Steamed Corn, and Mexi-Ranch.
    • Gluten Free, High Protein, and Low Fat.
    • Ingredients:
      • Chicken Breast, Cooked White Rice, Black Beans, Fresh Cilantro, Tomatoes, Ranch, Jalapeño, Monterey Jack, Lime Juice, Adobo, Orange Juice, Clove Garlic, Salt, and Corn.

  • Cheesy Italian Ground Turkey Rotini Pasta – with Small Side Salad.
    • High Protein.
    • Ingredients:
      • Rotini, Cheddar, Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese, Flour, Butter, Whole Milk, Tomato Sauce, Onion, Spring Greens, Cucumber, Tomato, Ranch Dressing, and Extra Lean Ground Turkey.

      • Diary and Wheat.

Updating Your Selections

In your customer portal, the names for these meals will be generic, with only the name of the protein included in the title (e.g., “Beef”, “Chicken”, “Pork”, and “Turkey”). To select one of the meals above, simply match the protein and day (in your desired size).

When you are finished making your selections, please remember to hit the “Review Changes” button (at the top or bottom of your screen), and then the “Update” button (at the bottom of your screen).

Our system automatically creates orders based on your current selections, so please remember to complete your subscription changes by 12pm on Thursday.
