The Paces believe in providing fresh, excellent meals and creating genuine connections with the people they serve. They are deeply committed to the future of Arizona and strive to enrich our shared culture.

Giovanni was born in Erie, PA, and moved to Arizona when he was four. He started his culinary career at Ritz Carlton and became a chef partner for the Capital Grille. 

Ali Pace was born in Portland, OR, and moved to Arizona when she was 12. Her first job was in a small diner when she was 15. She graduated from Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson and completed her Bachelor of Arts at Arizona State University. While putting herself through college, she worked as a server, and it was during this time she fell in love with the magic of the food industry. 

They have four children and reside in Tempe, AZ. They all love surfing, snowboarding, wake surfing, CrossFit, running, woodworking, and gardening.
