We are thrilled to announce some exciting changes at Scratch Culinary Meal Prep!

After many wonderful years, Ali and Giovanni Pace, our esteemed founders, have decided to pass the torch to new ownership. We want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to Ali and Giovanni for their incredible dedication, passion, and hard work in building Scratch Culinary Meal Prep into the beloved community staple it is today. Their commitment to excellence and their heartfelt connection with our customers have left an indelible mark on us all.

As we move forward, we are delighted to introduce Kyle Hollenbeck and Tom D’Ambrosio as the new owners of Scratch Culinary Meal Prep. Kyle and Tom bring with them a wealth of experience and a shared vision for continuing the legacy of outstanding service and delicious offerings that you have come to expect. Chef Tom, celebrated for his culinary prowess, became a Chopped champion on the Food Network in 2018. As owners of BLT Kitchens and several other successful brands under the Aioli Family, they are well-known for their innovative culinary expertise and commitment to quality.

Under the new ownership, we will be focusing on growth, enhancing customer service, and introducing exciting new menu options. We are pleased to inform you that all our staff have been retained, ensuring continuity and familiarity for our valued customers. The transition will happen over time, and Ali and Giovanni will be involved in the transition to ensure a smooth handover.

New Pickup Location

In addition to this exciting change in ownership, we are also relocating our pickup location to better serve you. Starting June 4, 2024, you can pick up your orders at our new location:

We believe this new location will provide greater convenience and an enhanced experience for all our valued customers. Rest assured, nothing will change with the great meals you love, except for the addition of more delicious offerings!
