This dedication extends to our valued team members, whose hard work and passion are the backbone of our service.
In the spirit of maintaining the high standards we’ve set for our meals and services, we’ve made a tough but necessary decision. A significant portion of our team has requested time off to be with their children during the upcoming spring break holiday. After careful consideration, we’ve concluded that suspending our operations temporarily is the best course of action to ensure that our food quality and service standards do not diminish.
Service Pause & Resumption Details
- Temporary Service Suspension: We will be pausing all meal prep and delivery services starting March 10, 2024. We plan to resume our operations and welcome you back the week beginning on March 17, 2024.
- Subscription Adjustments: To accommodate this pause, we will automatically extend the renewal dates of all active subscriptions by one week. Any subscriptions scheduled to resume during this period will also be extended accordingly. This adjustment ensures that no orders will be placed during our brief hiatus, and therefore, no cancellations or refunds will be necessary.
