Here at Scratch Culinary, a proud member of the BLT Culinary family, we believe that world-class soccer deserves world class dining. That’s why we are absolutely thrilled to announce our exclusive role in this upgraded matchday experience.

While our parent company, BLT Kitchens, has teamed up with Food Trucks PHX to assemble an incredible fleet of local food trucks for the outside track of the stadium, the Scratch Culinary team has been hard at work behind the scenes. We are incredibly excited to be designing and providing the VIP meals for the suites at Phoenix Rising Stadium this season!

Our team of expert chefs like Tom D’Ambrosio (Chopped Champion) who has proudly curated elite VIP menus tailored specifically for those enjoying the matches from the VIP boxes. We know the VIP experience is all about luxury, flavor, and top-tier hospitality. Whether you are hosting important clients, celebrating a milestone, or simply taking in the game from the best seats in the house, our elevated, from-scratch offerings are designed to take your matchday to the next level.

Of course, the culinary upgrades extend to every fan in the stadium. Out on the track, fans can enjoy a rotating lineup of the Valley’s best mobile eateries, including our sister brands Aioli Gourmet Burgers (led by Food Network Chopped Champion Chef Tom D’ambrosio) and AZ Lemonade Stand, which will be debuting the exclusive raspberry-flavored “Rising Lemonade.”
