Chef Tommy D’Ambrosio, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, brings over a decade of fine dining experience to the table. Crowned Chopped Champion on The Food Network in 2019, Chef Tom has led Aioli to numerous victories in state and national culinary competitions, including Arizona’s Burger Battle and the Scottsdale Culinary Classic.
