Tuesday

  • Chicken Souvlaki – with New Potatoes and Zucchini.
  • Harissa Braised Pork* – with Brown Rice, Carrots, and Green Beans.
  • Nashville Hot Turkey Meatball* – with New Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli, and Red Hot Glaze*.
Thursday
  • BBQ Beef – with Wedge Potatoes and Roasted Green Beans.
  • Caribbean Smoked Chicken* – with Basmati Rice and Roasted Green Beans.
  • Honey Garlic Pork – with Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli, and Parsley.
  • Olive Braised Turkey – with Basmati Rice, Charred Cherry Tomatoes, and Green Bell Pepper.

Executive Meals

Tuesday
  • Mississippi Beef Pot Roast* – with Buttered Egg Noodles and Herb Roasted Baby Carrots.
    • Ingredients:

  • Traditional Chicken Pot Pie – with Scratch Made Applesauce.
    • Ingredients:
      • Chicken Breast, Apples, Chicken Broth, Half & Half, Carrots, Peas, Celery, Corn, Onion, Flour, Butter, Coconut Sugar, Cornstarch, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Puff Pastry, and Salt.
    • Allergens:
      • Dairy and Wheat.
Thursday
  • Lemon Pesto Chicken – with Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Spinach.
    • Perfect for Paleo.
    • Ingredients:
      • Chicken Breast, Potatoes, Spinach, Fresh Basil, Chicken Stock, Oatmilk, Nutritional Yeast, Lemon Juice, Ghee, Sunflower Seeds, Olive Oil, Pepper, Clove Garlic, and Salt.
  • Turkey Bolognese* – with Rigatoni and Italian Roasted Green Beans.
    • Ingredients:
      • Extra Lean Ground Turkey, Green Beans, Tomato, Celery, Onions, Rigatoni, Milk, Parmesan, Carrot, Tomato Paste, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Garlic, Thyme, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg, Italian Seasoning, Red Pepper Flakes, and White Wine.

Updating Your Selections

In your customer portal, the names for these meals will be generic, with only the name of the protein included in the title (e.g., “Beef”, “Chicken”, “Pork”, and “Turkey”). To select one of the meals above, simply match the protein and day (in your desired size).

When you are finished making your selections, please remember to hit the “Review Changes” button (at the top or bottom of your screen), and then the “Update” button (at the bottom of your screen).

Our system automatically creates orders based on your current selections, so please remember to complete your subscription changes by 12pm on Thursday.
